The hotel is in a fantastic location, perfect for families with kids. The pool area is great, with lifeguards on duty, and the beach nearby is ideal for little ones. However, the noise from neighboring parties kept me up late, and it was a bit inconvenient being further away from Palm Springs where most friends are. Overall, I enjoyed my stay but there were definitely a few downsides.

The rooms were wonderful and quiet. I had a couple of issues during my stay, but I reported them and they were fixed while I was out for the day. Just make sure to ask for a first-floor room if stairs are a concern.

The service was friendly, and they seemed to care during our stay, especially when fixing our room issues. However, I felt that the attention dropped a bit after we checked out.

Location

The location is excellent for families. It has a small beach sandbox near a shallow pool, which was perfect for toddlers. Just be aware of the noise from next-door neighbors returning from their parties.

Dining

Dining was decent, with separate rooms for the omelet station and pastries. However, I didn't try the other options, but shooting billiards in the bar with live music was a nice touch.

Facilities

The facilities, especially the pool area, were clean and well-kept. It was fun and family-friendly, but it might not be as convenient if you want to head to Palm Springs frequently.
